Request a Stay with Us
You can request your stay at our House in Saskatoon online by following the three easy steps below. Alternatively, you can request your stay by speaking to a Family Service staff member directly, by calling 1-306-244-5700 ext. 123.
Step 1: Submit a Medical Referral
All families with a child 18 years or younger receiving medical treatment at any Saskatoon hospital or clinic, should contact a hospital social worker or a member of the child’s medical team for a medical referral. This can be submitted to RMHC-SK by phone, or by submitting an online referral form below. Repeat families do not need a new medical referral if their returning stay is within 6 months.
Step 2: Check Availability
After this form is submitted, your family will be placed on the Room Request wait list. A member of the Family Service team will connect with you to confirm details.
Please note: Due to the unexpected length of hospital stays we cannot guarantee a room until the day of arrival. Please call our Family Service team to confirm availability the day of arrival at 1-306-244-5700 ext. 123.
Step 3: Check In
After you’ve called the House to confirm your room, you can work with the Family Service team to determine a check-in time.
Please note: Check-in times are between 8:30am - 8:30pm.
Once checked in, our Family Services team will provide you with an orientation tour of the House and answer any questions about your stay.
